We take pride in offering a full and comprehensive design, build and style service for all rooms of the home. Whether you have just bought a new house or apartment or looking to upgrade your home, we have completed some outstanding projects for our clients, ensuring a functional and aesthetic harmony.
As we do in-house design it means the lengthy delays between designers/architects and builders agreeing to plans and finishes are eliminated. We have noticed through experience the frequent communication gaps between interior designers, architects, and builders will often lead to frustration and unexpected additional costs due to variations.

Can I see how my home will look before we begin works?
We are equipped with a large selection of finishes in our Crows Nest showroom where you can see and feel the proposed surfaces which will adorn your new home. With collections of textures and samples on offer, we aim to be the best place to make all your decisions.
Stocking samples of Australia’s greatest and bespoke suppliers for all joinery finishes, tiles, stone (both natural and manmade), carpet and flooring, tapware and colours, we aim to reduce the time spent shopping around Sydney for the right look.
The biggest difference Beralin has to offer are the in house realistic 3D visualisations, renderings and walkthroughs that Daniel and Melissa are able to produce for consultations, allowing you more than to just imagine your next renovation. Can we supply and install more specialised or architectural products?

Since we are a highly capable team who have worked with many products, we have established industry connections with many hardwares, manufacturers and factories producing items that go beyond the means of your standard kitchen or bathroom renovator.
In cases where presented with a full home transformation of the existing house, we understand that our client base demand finishes and components to be replaced or added to the existing structure that are often sourced through other parties.
Hence it is with pleasure we offer to supply and install all items fixed to the home such as full aluminium windows and external doors, fixed and motorised skylights, wifi home automation, internal pivot doors, architectural frameless internal doors (Ezyjamb), curved walls and much more. If you have seen it done, we are able to build it.

Are we able to adjust walls and if needed build extensions?
The perfect layout does exists, it may have been overlooked in the existing home or a prior builder had constraints that affected the way it presents. We are able to produce plans and imagery of how your ideal home floor plan will be.
Some times we need to knock down or build new walls for your new bathroom, kitchen or living space, in any case we will be able to make a professional judgement from the initial site meeting to see if and when a structural engineer is to be engaged to produce plans ensuring that the proposed build is sound.
Having experience in extensions and rebuilding entire freestanding houses, we are certain to have the answers you are looking for to maximise the potential of your home.
Do we offer warranty and insurances for our renovations and builds?

We are pleased to offer Builders Home Warranty on applicable projects, a non-structural warranty on the components and products installed (some individual products may have longer warranties) as well a 90 day Maintenance period which gives home owners piece of mind that all items will function well and not wear out prematurely. We currently operate under license number 382955C, which you can find more information about on the Service NSW Builders Licence Check online portal.
