Meet Daniel
Founder & Renovator
Daniel, the visionary behind Beralin, has renovation in his DNA. With a lifelong immersion in the industry, he started from scratch coming from a small family that climbed their property ladder through hands-on renovations, living in while renovating properties before selling them for profit. Daniel is no stranger to the processes involved in all aspects of construction, in fact, he loves the process.
Having studied Architectural Technology upon finishing high school, he soon found himself working for architects, drafting and producing 3D visuals as far back as 2009. All while working hands on with residential builders, constantly improving his skillset.
Upon becoming well accustomed to designing and building homes, Daniel further studied and obtained certificates in residential real estate to work along side one of Sydney’s most trusted real estate agents. Covering both sales and leasing, Daniel understood the relevance that knowledge of home potential and value adding is when dealing with renovations.
It wasn't until Daniel met Melissa that the multi-industry experience in which Daniel excelled, combined with Melissa's design flair and meticulous attention to detail, could offer future clients the utmost value in their renovation journey.
With over a year and a half of collaboration, Daniel, Melissa, and their skilled team of workers and contractors have achieved a remarkable 100% completion rate on time and within budget for projects that we invite you to explore for yourself.

Melissa, the creative soul behind Beralin, has a design journey that unfolds across Taiwan, America, Japan, and Australia, where her fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, and English serves as a testament to her seamless navigation through diverse environments.
Immersed in a rich tapestry of global influences, Melissa possesses an extraordinary ability to decipher the intricate relationships between people, spaces, and their surroundings. Design isn't merely a profession for her; it's a way of life ingrained in her very being.
In the realm of interior design, Melissa's philosophy centers on a deep respect for the aspirations of home owners, the inherent character of existing architecture, and the rhythmic pulse of nature.
