Beralin started off humbly by taking on bathroom renovation projects that other renovators turned down or priced themselves out of due to the size constraints not aligning with the client expectations. As we are a renovator and designer team, we are able to quickly formulate a plan to suit small spaces that are feasible to construct and also functional, not to mention aesthetic.
We have successfully converted small (and we do mean small) laundries into bathrooms, powder rooms into bathrooms, even wardrobes into hotel-style ensuites.
As we collaborate exclusively with a number joiners and stone masons, who are able to produce stunning custom vanities, benchtops and storage solutions, in any finish and with stunning results.

Do we handle all aspects of a bathroom renovation?

We work exclusively with reputable and licensed sub-contractors for electrical and plumbing works, waterproofing and tiling.

You won't need to coordinate different contractors or worry about various aspects of the project; we handle it all to ensure a seamless and hassle-free renovation experience for you.
Are we able to handle multiple renovations at the same time? How does it save on costs?

The team is equipped and experienced in managing multiple renovations concurrently, in fact often renovating more than one bathroom at the same time is a great way to save money without jeopardising quality.
We implement a structured schedule for every project, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. When handling multiple bathroom renovations within the same property, our approach involves synchronised progress across each bathroom. This means our team diligently manages crucial stages—such as demolition, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, preparation, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry, and fit-offs—to occur concurrently for each bathroom.
By orchestrating these tasks in tandem, we minimise schedule overlaps and trade clashes within our team, leading to fewer trips, reduced idle time, and ultimately, cost savings. This synchronised workflow not only streamlines the process but also accelerates the delivery of the finished products.

Does Beralin provide free formal quotations?
Our work is distinctive, and our commitment to service is unrivalled. Often, our project schedule fills up months in advance. However, we occasionally accommodate projects based on location and proximity to our ongoing and near future sites.
Given our workload, we strive to best serve our potential clients by offering two complimentary services: an on-site check measure and a written ballpark estimate for proposed renovation works. As of 2024, we transitioned from providing free of charge formal quotations for all renovations requiring design, product sourcing and custom joinery.

Does my bathroom need to have tiled walls? What is a suitable alternative?

Some projects we have worked on have amazing architectural features such as curves, the one thing about curved walls is that it is often not possible to tile over. We offer an alternative to that which is Venetian Plaster, Marmorino .
This plaster is made from a mixture of lime putty and crushed marble dust, which gives it a subtle, natural sheen that can mimic the appearance of polished marble or natural stone and is waterproof. The beauty of Marmorino lies in its depth, texture, and the way it interacts with light, offering a multi-dimensional look that can range from a smooth, satin finish to a more textured, stone-like appearance.
